Opening hours: Monday to Sunday between 11 AM and 8 PM.

Make sure you're on time: To ensure the smooth running of the workshops, we ask participants to respect the time of their reservation. In case of participant delay, some steps of the workshop may be skipped.
Each participant leaves the workshop with a recipe, their chocolate creations, and a certificate of Edwart apprentice chocolatier.
All necessary equipment is already on-site (utensils, ingredients, apron, etc).
Cancellation policy: Reservation refund in case of cancellation at least 48 hours before the workshop.
Alchimie Technical Workshop
Recipe : Praline and ganache molded chocolates
Join our ‘advanced’ chocolate making class, for a more in-depth look at how to create professional molded chocolates. Create the perfect demi-sphère shells with a touch of color, and fill them with two recipes, a ganache and a praliné. This class is not recommended for children under 16 years old. This recipe contains dairy and nuts. Vegan option available upon advance request. 1.5 hours.

Fun Workshop
Recipe: Praline rochers (a praline recipe coated in chocolate and sprinkled with various toppings)
Work with your group as a real kitchen brigade, to make these delicious traditional hand-rolled truffles from scratch. Start with whole roasted hazelnuts and other delicious ingredients, and create a variety of rochers with different toppings. Recommended for chocolate lovers 8 years and older. This recipe contains nuts and dairy, but can be made vegan. 1 hour.
