    COURSE DESCRIPTION

    1. Concept for tempering couverture chocolate

    2. Mold the chocolate shells

    3. Creation of a first recipe (tempered on marble if necessary)

    4. Creation of the second recipe (tempered on marble if necessary)

    5. Fill the shells

    6. Closing candy

    7. Unmold

    8. Packaging

    9. Leave with your creations, a technical sheet and a diploma.

    Duration: approximately 1h30

    Supervision: 1 master chocolatier

    Material provided: All equipment and raw materials necessary to make the products, apron and packaging material.
