This class is designed for everyone to enjoy a fun moment plunged into the chocolatier's universe!
You will become your own kitchen 'brigade,' making your own rochers or truffles.
Techniques such as working from a recipe, tempering, shaping, dipping, and decorating your very own chocolates will make the time fly by. Everyone leaves with his or her very own creations.
1. Introduction to chocolate harvesting and production
2. Working from your recipe
3. Tempering your recipe on the marble
4. Forming your chocolates
8. Head home with your chocolates, diploma, and recipe
Duration: ~1 hour
Guidance : 1 maître chocolatier
Materials Provided : Everything you need to produce your chocolates, including ingredients, utensils, packaging materials, and a disposable apron to protect your clothing
