This technical workshop is geared towards the serious chocolate afficionado, already with some chocolate-making experience or ready to explore more delicate techniques.

You will learn the secrets of molded chocolates, piping fillings, and how to work with chocolate's delicate temperature requirements. Each participant proudly leaves with a box of their delicious creations.
1.Introduction to chocolate tempering
2. Creating your molded shells
3. Creation of up to two recipes for filling your molds, tempering on the marble if necessary
4. Filling the shells
5. Sealing the bonbons
8. Head home with a box of your work, recipes, and an Edwart diploma

Guidance : 1 maître chocolatier
Materials Provided : Everything you need to produce your chocolates, including ingredients, utensils, packaging materials, and a disposable apron to protect your clothing
